class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepared seedbeds and ridges for vegetables such as Chinese cabbage, okra, eggplant, and sweet potato leaves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducted weeding, pruning, and planting activities to improve productivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shared knowledge on proper spacing, seed quality, and sustainable practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Value added: improved seedbed preparation, weeding management, tree pruning, and planting techniques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community feedback: members expressed gratitude for improved knowledge and practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Challenges: low-quality seeds, water scarcity, and limited extension officer support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lessons: participatory learning, post-harvest handling, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr improve meeting comfort and inclusivity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encouraged male participation through outreach, flexible meeting times, and leadership roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Value addition: improved infrastructure, gender balance, and profitability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community feedback: members welcomed interventions to strengthen participation and labeling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Men contributed to seed sourcing, equipment maintenance, refining, and distribution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Established partnerships with sunflower producers and provided training in refining and marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Value added: improved product quality, employment creation, and direct marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community feedback: satisfaction with improved oil quality and strengthened household economies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Challenges: lack of capital, poor facilities, and financial constraints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plans: expand production through loans, sessions to promote equitable participation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Value added: increased women\u2019s confidence, fair distribution of roles, and strengthened collaboration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Community feedback: both men and women recognized the benefits of inclusive leadership.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Challenges: resistance to change and time management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plans: leadership training for proper seedbed preparation, weeding, pruning, and planting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leveraged social media branding to expand batiki markets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflection: improved crop yields, better farm sustainability, and expanded market reach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plans: scale up vegetable production and strengthen batiki branding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
