Its core program areas span human rights, gender mainstreaming, socio-economic empowerment, sustainable rural development, and poverty reduction, all designed to foster equity and resilience across Sub-Saharan Africa.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-pink-background-color has-background\">Through strategic interventions in agriculture, agroecology, entrepreneurship, education, and public health, AGEN builds institutional capacity and promotes participatory governance. Flagship initiatives like the Farmer Field and Business School (FFBS) and Rotating Credit and Savings Associations exemplify its commitment to local innovation and financial inclusion.
